He is survived by his wife Angelita, and his children, Ruperto (Tanya), and Nathaniel (Sylvie) and his grandchildren, Nicolas Ruperto and Madison Ann. He leaves behind his siblings and their families in Canada and the Philippines, close friends, here and abroad.
Pert was born July 15, 1946, in San Fernando, La Union, Philippines. After graduating from Baguio General Hospital School of Nursing, he immigrated to Canada in 1969. He met and married the love of his life, Angelita, in 1971. They welcomed into their family Ruperto Nicolas in 1972 and Nathaniel in 1974. Pert dedicated his entire nursing career at the King George Municipal Hospital/Riverview Health Centre, where he retired in 1998. His friends and colleagues were just as much a part of his life as his family. He was well-loved by everyone he met. He had a large personality and loved his family and friends dearly. He held them very close to his heart. He enjoyed cooking, golfing, mall walking and spending time with his grandchildren.
You are loved beyond words and will be missed by your friends and family.

I worked as an aide for 5 years with Mr Nacionales and Mrs Trussler. They were wonderful bosses. Mr Nash was an amazing guy. We had a lot of fun on the floor. He was kind, caring and put up with a young guy at the time who was scared of the patients in the beginning. Wonderful memories. I remember a party for Mrs Trussler at your home. The food was amazing. I'm so sorry to hear this news. My condolences to all of your family. What a great guy. Sincerely Brad Moyse - Posted by: Brad Moyse (work friend) on: May 09, 2021
