With heavy hearts we announce the passing of Richard "Rick" Ainley. He passed away in his home surrounded by family on May 25, 2021 at the age of 74 years. He likely died of happiness, after watching the Leafs beat the Habs 2 – 1.
He will be remembered by his wife of 23 years, Gaylene; children, Rick and Pam; grandchildren, Jocelyn and Rowan and sister Dianne. He is predeceased by his parents, Lillian and Radley; as well as his much-loved pets, Bubba and Tia.
In accordance with his wishes, interment will take place in Orillia, Ontario. Rick's family kindly requests that his friends and relatives take a few minutes to honour his memory by visiting his tribute page at Memories and stories published by those who knew him, are available there.
