Our deepest and sincere condolences go out to the family. I was a co-worker of Frank's at Environment Canada in Winnipeg and we played a few rounds of golf at St. Boniface Golf course. Frank was always good for his jokes and laughs. He was an avid Tennessee Volunteers fan and he would wear his Gorilla suit costume every Halloween.
