DOROTHY GARDNER
(nee MUSGROVE)
Dorothy lived in Belleville for 33 years, the city she loved. Born in Oshawa, Ontario to Edna and Ernie Musgrove in 1927. She met her husband, Captain James Gardner (deceased) in Winnipeg, Manitoba, the love of her life. James was in the Canadian Armed Forces and they lived in Shilo, Manitoba, Gagetown, New Brunswick and El Paso, Texas and then Ottawa.
She leaves to mourn her granddaughter Meghan Robinson (Malachi Sybex), great-grandson Shayne and many close and dear friends in her travels.
Dorothy played golf, bridge and loved to garden.
A Memorial Service will be held at the Burke Funeral Home (613-968-6968), 150 Church Street, Belleville on Saturday, July 24, 2021 at 10:30 a.m. Interment of Ashes Belleville Cemetery. Pursuant to Maximum Attendance Regulations, all visitors must pre-register for the Visitation by telephone only, by calling the Funeral Home at (613-968-6968) between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
