Condolences & Memories (5 entries)
Betty and Lawrence were one of a kind! There was always a pot of coffee on the stove and everyone was always welcome to visit! When out of towners came into the city they were always accommodated within their home. I remember when the grandparents passed away their tiny house was so full that if you wanted to get from the kitchen to their living area you had to go out their back door and, run around the side of the house and re-enter thru the front door. There was always room for everybody! To the family....Sorry to hear that they are both gone now! They were a one of a kind and will always be in memory! hugs, Lorraine - Posted by: Lorraine Danielson (friend/visitor) on: Feb 09, 2022

So sorry to hear of your Dad/Grandpa's passing. It is so sad for all of you but I am sure he is happy to be with his Betty again - probably they are out dancing by now! We so enjoyed the times we spent with both of them, in person and on the phone. They were such very special people. He was always good natured and always had a great story to tell. He will truly be missed. Our sympathy to all of you. Norinne and Rick - Posted by: Norinne and Rick Lagiewka (Relative) on: Jan 17, 2022

My condolences to Don and family. I will always remember Lawrence's friendly, easy going nature when we worked at The Eaton's Warehouse together. - Posted by: Tom Martens (Friend) on: Jan 15, 2022
