  • I have such fond memories of my Uncle Louis. He always made me feel special and when I moved away to Kamloops he always asked how I was doing and even came to visit. When I had the opportunity to get back to Winnipeg, I would always join my Uncle Louis, Uncle Marcel and my Dad, Larry, for a coffee at McDonald’s. It was their regular meeting place and I was always honored to be there with them and of course share some laughs! For the past months we texted back and forth. I shared stories and pictures of my family and our adventures in BC. I miss him dearly and wish I could be back home now to mourn our loss with my family. Rest peacefully m’oncle Louis. - Posted by: Lynda Trudeau (Niece) on: Mar 19, 2022

  • So very sorry to hear of Louis' passing. Condolences to all of his family. I was very close to Louis when I was a young girl. He'd always take me places and treat me like a little princess! Growing up, being so close to my sister Jeannette and his brother Marcel, we continued to be great friends through the years. We'd see him often at Donna's and he'd always make time to visit. Then, we'd keep bumping into him at our favorite McDonald's in St. Boniface and he loved to reminisce and talk family. ..... our thoughts and prayers, Monique Coffell (David, Ryan and Tamara). - Posted by: Monique Coffell (Raynaud) (extended family) on: Feb 28, 2022

  • My condolences to your family on the passing of Louis. I have known Louis for a number of years as he was one of my egg customers at 303 Goulet. He was always very friendly with us when we called him to come downstairs for his egg order. May he rest in peace. - Posted by: Margaret Martin (Friend) on: Feb 26, 2022
