CYRIL OTHNEIL SUTHERLAND
On Saturday, June 11, 2022, the Sutherland family lost their hero when his heart stopped beating after a long battle with diabetes. Cyril "Sardo" Sutherland, 81, quietly passed away in his home, surrounded by his wife and daughter.
Family and friends wishing to pay their respects may do so Saturday, June 18, 2022 between the hours of 1:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m., Glen Lawn Funeral Home & Cemetery, 455 Lagimodiere Blvd. in Winnipeg.
Cyril is survived by his devoted wife Julia, their children, Eldon (Cheryl), Jemma, Jerene (Randy), Jo-Ann (Sherwin), and Ernie (Lorraine), and his grandchildren, Kyra, Darius, Chiara, and Hayden.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Cyril to Diabetes Canada.
