• I'm completely shocked and saddened at hearing of Roger's passing. I worked with Roger at the City of Winnipeg and shared many laughs with him and others at work. • My deepest sympathies to Mme Lucille (Leblanc) Desrochers and the rest of her children (the ones that I remember Eva and Gilles) for the loss of Roger. It has been many years that I haven't seen Roger, a good 45 plus years.
