VIVIANE ST. YVES

It is with sadness the family announces that Viviane St. Yves passed away quietly Friday, September 2, 2022 at Health Sciences Centre, at the age of 89.
Viviane was born in Winnipeg on April 9, 1933, lived in Kelowna, BC and worked in Vernon, BC, before settling back in Winnipeg.
Viviane worked for Imperial Optical in Vernon and Winnipeg before leaving to raise her family. Viviane volunteered at the school library for a number of years. She loved travelling to visit family and also enjoyed camping and square dancing. She lived a quiet life in her later years.
Viviane was predeceased by husband Lou and daughters, Corrinne and Suzanne. She is survived by her children, Dan (Ruth) and Ramona; granddaughter Jennifer and her brother Denis.
We would like to thank the staff of GH3 at Health Sciences Centre for the wonderful care she received in her last days.
In keeping with Viviane's wishes, cremation has taken place and a memorial service celebrating her life will be held Thursday, September 15, 2022 at 12:00 p.m. in the Coutu Funeral Chapel, 680 Archibald Street, followed by a family internment.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Viviane may be made to the Alzheimer Society of Manitoba.
