(JACK) JACOBUS JOHANNUS SANDERS


"Jack" Jacobus Johannus Sanders, 65, of Narol, Manitoba, passed away on September 1, 2022 after a short battle with cancer. He was born to parents, Cornelius and Anna on January 23, 1957 in Mercoal, Alberta.
Jack worked as a Heavy Duty Mechanic for Subterranean for over 20 years and made many friends along the way.
He retired from Subterranean in 2021.
He enjoyed working in the garage on many a muscle car. Jack always wanting the loudest fastest car or truck he could get a hold of. He enjoyed the work and keeping busy.
He was a prankster who loved to laugh.
Jack met Barb in 2015. They were married on June 6, 2020 in Narol, Manitoba.
Jack is survived by his wife Barb; sons, Michael Sanders (Angela) and Ryan Sanders. Sister Erna Wolski; brothers, Casey and Ted Sanders (Bridgette). Stepchildren, Justin Lane, Kevin Lind and Chelsea Lind (Chris). His nieces and nephews, stepgrandchildren, as well as beloved pets, Zeus the chihuahua and Jasper the Ragdoll.
A Celebration of Life is scheduled for September 25, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. at the Norwood Hotel, 112 Marion Street.

  • I just learned of Jack's passing today when I seen the Cuda being loaded into a trailer on a Facebook page. When I first met Jack his wife had passed and he was looking for a Cuda. There was lots of interest but Jack was authentic knew his Mopar cars and lived close by. I was welcome to come see the car anytime. Jack and Barb were a great couple I’m extending my sincere sympathies to you Barb, his children family and friends He was a really great guy.
