MARGARET HANSEN
February 3, 1930 - September 16, 2022
Margaret, our mom, grandma, great-grandma, sister, aunt, and friend, passed away with family by her side on September 16, 2022, at the age of 92 years. Her journey has ended and she is at peace, reunited with family and friends who have passed before her. Here on earth, her family and friends will keep their best memories close, knowing that she loved them.
She and her family are grateful to the team at the St. Norbert Personal Care Home who provided exceptional care and nurtured her soul with grace and compassion. The family also appreciates the care she received through the years from Dr. Sheila Domke, Dr. Viola Tawfik, and the St. Boniface Hospital health care team and staff.
A private Celebration of Life will be held on Monday, September 26, 2022, at 2:00 p.m., at Desjardins Funeral Home. You can view the ceremony live or on replay at bit.ly/M_Hansen
Memorial donations may be made to a charity of your choice, in honour of Margaret's determination and spirit.
