HARDING: John Selwyn Howard Harding passed away at the Brandon Regional Health Centre on Thursday, November 17, 2022. John is survived by his wife Beverly (nee Orr), son Noel, grandson Rylan, sister Florence Kay of Ottawa, and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his brothers Al and Jimmy and sisters Pat Scott, Irene and Dorothy Harding. John was a support of Noel's boxing club, enjoyed watching the BU Bobcats basketball games, and for many years was a season ticket holder for the Wheat Kings. He also enjoyed golfing at Northern Pines, telling Beverly, "It never rains on a golf course." The Celebration of John's Life will be held at the Keystone Centre, Amphitheatre, 1175 – 18th Street, Brandon on Saturday, November 26, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. Donations in memory of John may be made to the Revitalization of the Brandon Boxing Club, c/o 1159 – 7th Street, Brandon, MB R7A 3V4 or the Alzheimer Society of Manitoba, Unit 4B, 457 – 9th Street, Brandon, MB R7A 1K2.
