My brother Allan told me of Bob's passing today, and it brought back a flood of good memories. Mostly of us playing in the dirt with our cars and trucks and plastic toy soldiers on the boulevard on Spence St., in front of Teddy Pawlawski's house. As with many of the others who remember Bob, that beautiful, innocent, brightly smiling face is something that would stick in one's mind forever. A kind gentle soul even as a child. We were blessed to have known you Bob. - Posted by: George Walkey (Childhood Friend) on: Feb 05, 2023

Robert and I worked for the same Department many years ago however in different disciplines. Although I have been retired for over twenty years, I still recall his genuine smiling "Good Morning" whenever our paths crossed. Rest in Peace young man. - Posted by: Roger Leuzinger (Former Co-Worker ) on: Jan 08, 2023

I knew Bob in high school and ran into him many times years later, as we worked for different branches of same department. He always had a smile and was the friendliest guy I ever knew. I saw him a couple times in recent years at Polo Park and he would stop and we'd have a great chat. I am sorry to read of his passing and would like to offer my condolences to his wife and family. - Posted by: Wendy Lytwinuk (Friend) on: Jan 07, 2023
