It is with heavy hearts and sadness that the family announces that Anna completed her earthly journey and has reunited with her Paul. Anna passed on January 17, 2023 at the age of 96 in Winnipeg, Manitoba.
Cherishing her memory are herchildren, Helen and Eugene (Michelle); grandchildren Dane (Heather) and Jill; great-granddaughter Savannah; and godchildren Donna (Anton) and Roman (Vera). She was predeceased by her husband Paul and her brother John. She will be deeply missed.
Arrangements are in the care of Korban Funeral Chapel. A private service will be held.
Flowers are gratefully declined and donations in her memory may be made to the Canada-Ukraine Foundation supporting displaced Ukrainians in Canada through Canadahelps.org or to a local charity supporting Ukrainians to settle in Manitoba.

I remember your mom from the time I was little. Our families used to get together after they came to Canada. Your mom was a very special and caring person, always checking up on my mom when my mom was in assisted living. I love her for that.
