MYRNA AUDREY WASHINGTON

Myrna Audrey (Tomlinson) Washington passed away peacefully but unexpectedly at home on Monday, January 9, 2023 at the age of 81. Myrna was predeceased by her devoted and loving husband Don and her parents George and Essie Tomlinson. She is survived by her sister Evelyne (Nicki) Chartres, nephew Tony Chartres, niece Heather (Chartres) Aldous (Scott), and great-niece Drue Aldous. Myrna is also survived by Don’s brothers Charlie (Linda) and Jim (Tina), sister Doris (Craig), sister-in-law Doreen, as well as the many nieces and nephews of the Washington family. Myrna and Don were the favourite Aunt and Uncle. Unconditional was the love she held for her family, the generosity she gifted and the charities she supported.
Myrna had a happy and fulfilling life entertaining family and friends, traveling and working with Don in their various businesses. Myrna was cheerful and young at heart and will be sadly missed by all those who knew her. A celebration of life will occur at a later date, to be determined.
