February 7, 1969 - February 4, 2023
Age 53
In loving memory of our amazing wife, mother, sister and "Mem".
Cindy was born and raised in Winnipeg, MB.
She married her forever love and "babe" Richard (Terry) Coutu in St. Laurent, MB on September 4, 1994.
She was predeceased by her mother Doreen Garton (Lavallee), stepfather Claude Garton and uncle Joe Lavallee, and her grandparents, Baptiste and Marie Lavallee.
Cindy leaves behind her husband Terry, their children, Justine (Cody) and Tyler (Marissa), as well as her two grandchildren who were the light of her life, "Lukey" and Levi Hamill, her father Jim St. Cyr and her siblings, Eddie St. Cyr and Rhonda Lavallee. Cindy will also be missed by her many immediate family, extended family and friends.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, February 11, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Laurent Hall.

I heard of Cindy’s passing from Rodney Chartrand and wanted to pass on my condolences and to let you know you’re in my thoughts and prayers. I can empathize knowing how you feel about the loss of your life partner. Some words of inspiration may seem in the moment to be fleeting but I hope they help you to heal in your time of grieving. “You make a life out of what you have, not what you’re missing." You will miss Cindy everyday until you’re reunited but she will always be in your days if only in your thoughts. Keep her in your memories and she will never be forgotten.
