We are so sorry to hear of Magaret's passing but also very glad to see that she has gone where she wanted to go for a long time already. We were neighbours in River Heights for close to forty years before she went to a Care Home. I called her on the phone every few months and she always clearly remembered our times together. We were in Mexico for a few weeks and now I called her number and heard that it was no longer in service. I will miss talking to her, but so glad that she could finally go to meet her Saviour. - Posted by: Abe & Betty Peters (neighbours, friends) on: Mar 13, 2023

She was a very nice person. I enjoyed going to her house. We both enjoyed listening to Faith To Live By, She was so longing to see her Savior's face to face. Take care - Posted by: Dionna (Homecare worker) on: Feb 20, 2023

This beautiful lady worked with my Dad (Dan Gilmore) in the law department at CN for many years. We as a family had many fond memories of good times at CN functions. We were so pleased when she met and married Andy. Condolences to her loving family. - Posted by: Linda Sloane (daughter of Co-worker) on: Feb 18, 2023

What a wonderful lady Margaret was & what a fabulous memory she had--much better than most of us who were much younger!! I did phone her last weekend & realized she wasn't in great shape! Was going to phone today & tell her the "SCOTTIES" curling was on--did wonder-- & then read the paper!! Your Dad, Andy may have to cut back his golf games, now that they are back together!! Thank you for taking such good care of Margaret after Andy died. She was so fortunate to have all of you in her life!! I am going to miss making those " curling calls" They were both such good friends from Fife & Drum-- not too many left!! Very very sincerely Pat Allenby - Posted by: Pat Allenby (Friend) on: Feb 18, 2023
