ROSE-ADELE KORNE

Peacefully, we announce the passing of Rose-Adele Korne on February 26, 2023 at the age of 83 years.
She will be remembered by her nephews and nieces and extended family and friends.
Rose-Adele was predeceased by her parents, Nickolas and Louise; brothers, Baudouine (Bud) and John; and sisters, Sonia and Carol.
Rose-Adele was born on January 11, 1940 in Cooks Creek, Manitoba.
She moved to Winnipeg and resided with the Sisters of the Holy Names of Jesus and Mary, and they remained faithful to her throughout her life.
Rose-Adele worked for a Catholic newspaper and later for the Province of Manitoba in the provincial sales tax department. She enjoyed gardening, golfing, curling and playing darts.
The last few years Rose-Adele resided at Actionmarguerite in St. Boniface, surrounded by caring people especially the Sisters of the Holy Names. Our family is grateful for their love and companionship.
A memorial service in her honour, officiated by Reverend Father Gerry Ward will be held at E.J. Coutu Funeral Home, 680 Archibald St., Winnipeg, MB on Saturday March 18, 2023 at 11:00 a.m.
