Marg was the extreme dog lover to the end and throughout her life has had numerous pets and now leaves Abby, Willow, Jessie, Piper and Levis in the loving care of her husband Ted. She also volunteered for years with the Winnipeg Lost Dog Alert to name just one of many.
Marg's other passion was motorcycles and enjoying that lifestyle and was one of the founders of the Breast Cancer Pledge Ride as well as lifetime member of H.O.G. Canada. She travelled uncountable miles as a passenger with her husband Ted on the back of their bike or in the sidecar and when not on a motorcycle, in the passenger seat of her other favourite ride, their '32 Ford Roadster Hotrod.

My dear Marg, you've courageously suffered for far too long but always going forward bravely with your infectious smile and love of life. Now it's time to let your sprite ride free. Miss you forever!

In closing, the family would like to thank the doctors, nurses and staff at Concordia Hospital for their loving care they showed Marg during her stay and final days of her life.

Condolences & Memories (2 entries)

  • We were very fortunate to have met Marg at Falcon Lake many years ago. We shared time on the beach and around the campfire. I will always remember her for her love for children and animals. She always had a smile and said everything was great. So sorry for your loss she will be sadly missed. - Posted by: Dale & Cindy Coughlin (Camping friends) on: Mar 14, 2023

  • With much affection this memory brings a smile to mind when she would phone the Diner to order her breakfast saying she’ll be there in 10 minutes. After corralling all her dogs (and her husband) she walked in almost an hour later. Marg was determined to never give up in spite of many health challenges. Her volunteer work and the passion for all her fur babies kept her going. Rest in pain free peace Marg, sincere condolences to Ted and family. —Richard & Phyllis Wareham - Posted by: Richard & Phyllis Wareham (Friends) on: Mar 11, 2023
