I was/am shocked and very saddened to hear of Karolyn's passing. My greatest memories were of Karolyn and I going for accordion lessons together. Her dad, Harry, and my dad would take us for our lessons every week and after each lesson we always stepped off at Gunn's bakery for some sort of treat. Although we had lost contact during our adulthood my memories are forever in my heart. RIP Karolyn. - Posted by: Shelley Stapleton (nee Bilous) (Childhood friend and Accordion Partners) on: Apr 16, 2023

I was saddened to hear Karolyn had passed away. She was kind, generous and truly a nice person. She had style! We had lost touch over the last several years. I will always remember the fun times we had. Rest in peace Kari - Posted by: Becky Parkes (business associate/friend) on: Apr 05, 2023

I met Karolyn when we were 5, even back as a child Karolyn had a charm about her. Classy and stylish as a teenager. Her kind heart was always evident. We lost touch in adulthood and I was saddened to hear of her passing. Rest in peace Karolyn - Posted by: Gae (Childhood friend ) on: Mar 28, 2023

I met Karolyn at Shaugnessy Park School; we were in the same Grade 5 classroom. Alongside other friends, Nanette Godbout, Dee Dee Godfrey, Lydia Kasunic, etc., we became friends. I remember how bright she was; her intelligence, eyes and smile. And she had a laugh that is unforgettable. Karolyn was not a pushover, but she was kind and warm. May your faith see you amongst the angels and saints, and may the life you led be cause for celebration in heaven. Rest in peace, dear lady. - Posted by: Mary Regan (nee Boychuk) (Friend) on: Mar 25, 2023

Sorry to hear of her passing. K was always smiling and happy We met K as a realtor, when we moved back to Winnipeg. She helped sell and buy homes for us but she was more to us then a realtor. We truly considered her as a great friend. A sweet soul who was so caring. She never sold us a house, she sold us a home. Will be dearly missed by us. - Posted by: Barry and Monica (Friends and clients ) on: Mar 25, 2023
