MAE MACLEOD
Peacefully, on March 31, 2023, Mae passed away at Poseidon Personal Care Home.
Mae is survived by her beloved husband Bob; brother Frank (Darlene) Kantor; sister-in-law Gwen Macleod; and many nieces, nephews and cousins in Manitoba, Saskatchewan and British Columbia.
She was predeceased by her parents, sister Valerie and nephew Gary.
Mae loved to travel - whether it be to trade shows in Canada or the United States with Bob; or personal trips to visit friends and family. Mae and Bob travelled widely across Canada and had many adventures hunting, climbing mountains and exploring wherever they were. For many winters, Mae and Bob spent their time in Nanaimo, BC. In the summer Mae enjoyed spending time at the cottage with family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Mae’s memory to the Arthritis Society, Prairie Division, Manitoba / Nunavut, 100A-1465 Buffalo Place, Winnipeg, MB R3T 1L8.
A private Celebration of Life will take place at a later date.
