It is with heavy hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of our Dad, Irvin Harold Jackson, on August 31, 2023. We are comforted to know that he is reunited in heaven with his beloved wife and our Mum, Gail Jackson (d. 2010).
Left to cherish his memory are his three sons, Bob (Kathy), Ken (Chris), Bruce (Cheri) and his grandchildren Matt (Deanne), Joel (Amanda), Chris (Brooke), Brooke and Julia, as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins and cherished friends. He will also be missed by his sweet little poodle, Maggie. Irv was predeceased by his parents, James and Charlotte (nee Speer), brothers, Alvin (Kay) and Vernon (Ethel).
The family wishes to express their sincere gratitude to the dedicated staff at Riverview Health Centre for their kindness, support and care as well as all the visits from family and friends.
In respect of Dad’s wishes, cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Life is being planned for family and friends. Please visit seasonsfunerals.ca to share your memories.

Dear Ken, Bob and Bruce - we are holding you all in our thoughts as we extend our deepest sympathies for the loss of your Dad. He will be greatly missed. We have a lot of fond memories of your parents, grandparents, aunts and uncles and of course all of you, especially at the lake. May you all find comfort in the memories you have of your Dad and peace, knowing that he is reunited with your mom and grandparents. DEAR FAMILY, sending prayers and comforting hugs on the passing of your dad Irvin. Your dad was a wonderful gentleman and loved his family.
