MISS ME BUT LET ME GO

When I come to the end of the road
And the sun has set for me,
I want no rites in a gloom filled room.
Why cry for a soul set free?
Miss me a little, but not too long
And not with your head bowed low.
Remember the love that we once shared,
Miss me, but let me go.

Condolences & Memories (2 entries)

  • Alan and I really enjoyed visits with your Mom and Dad when we came in from Kelowna. They always had wonderful senses of humour, I will miss them a lot. Sorry this took so long but Alan broke his hip. It broke in Nov. 2022 and this summer he has just got into walking around with a cane. Love and Best Wishes to you all. • Our sincerest condolences to Pam, Gary and all the extended family on the loss of your dear Mum, grandma and great grandma. My parents and I spent many happy years as neighbours at Star Lake and later also my wife Robin. Often think of those years and happy that Gary and family are still enjoying my cottage at the lake. Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this sad time even though we now live half a world away in Australia. Love to you all.
