She also enjoyed regular coffee, lunches and outings with friends, and was a season ticket holder and life-long Brandon Wheat King fan. In her retirement, she enjoyed gardening, volunteering at a second hand store as well as with Christmas Cheer in Brandon.

Linda is survived by her daughter Candice and son-in-law Brian Harmes of Airdrie, her son Chris and daughter-in-law Tracy Hutton of Airdrie, as well as her four grandchildren, Shelby and Hayley Harmes of Airdrie, Matthew Hutton of Airdrie and Kari Hutton of Calgary. She is also survived by her sister Karen Mains of Regina, SK, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Linda was predeceased by her husband Brian, sister Ann Bender and her husband Gordon, and her parents John and Evelyn Mains.

The family is planning a celebration of life to take place in early summer, back in Brandon, MB. Details and a confirmed date to be determined.
