Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryKATHLEEN GAIL ISAAK
Gail passed away peacefully at Riverview Health Centre on December 16, 2023 after a long illness. She leaves behind to cherish her memory her beloved husband of 62 years, Rudy, daughters Pamela (Greg) and Paula (Michael), her two grandchildren, Gillian and Oliver Kiessling, sister Patricia Hunter, niece Kelley Derrett and nephew Gregg Derrett. The family would also like to sincerely thank Emmanda Ponce, Gail’s caregiver for over 10 years, for her dedicated service.
Gail was a lifelong proud Winnipeg resident and graduated from the University of Manitoba with degrees in Arts and Social Work. She was always active in a wide range of volunteer organizations as well as having a professional career in various social service organizations. She was an accomplished choral singer and sang with the Winnipeg Philharmonic Choir for over 30 years.
We will all miss her energy, her love for her family and friends, her musical talent, and her strong opinions on, well, everything.
No service will be held at this time. In lieu of flowers, please consider donations to The Winnipeg Philharmonic Choir.

Gail and I met in Sunday School at St. Matthews Church and then through school. We kept in touch through birthdays and Christmas as I moved to Montreal and Calgary. My deepest condolences to Rudy and the girls. It has been a long journey for you all. Thinking of Gail with love, Wilma. - Posted by: Wilma Maloney (Life long friend) on: Dec 23, 2023
