Our Hermie passed away December 12, 2023 at the age of 63. Beloved husband, brother, cousin, uncle and dad.
He was born in Smeaton, Saskatchewan on May 6, 1960. Alan was a farm boy at heart; a fond memory of his was of the summer road trips with his dad, when Ole was a meat salesman. That is how Alan was groomed to be the great auto salesman he was.
Alan is now at peace.
He is survived by his partner Margaret; step-father Phil, aunt Shelly; sisters Kim and Krista; cousins Douglas, Stephen, Carlane, Jared and Lacey; and son Michael. Along with their spouses and children.
Alan was predeceased by his parents (Oakley and step-mom Betty; Toni Gauzer); aunts Betty and Ninna; maternal grandparents Jonasina and Magnus Bjornson; and cousin Ken.
A Celebration of Life to be held in 2024. Burial will be in Smeaton, Saskatchewan this coming spring.
