In loving memory of Evelyn Julia Graham (nee Dewan), a remarkable woman who, at 101, slipped the bonds of earth on January 13, 2024. Preceded in death by her husband of 54 1/2 years, William (Bill) Graham, on April 1, 1993, and their infant son, William Robert Graham, on December 29, 1948.
Evelyn's legacy lives on through her children: Barbara and Glenn Dolding (Victoria), Pat Burgess and Ron Bowyer (Winnipeg), and David and Lori Graham (Kelowna), along with their families. Fondly remembered for her immense heart and wicked sense of humour, Evelyn's 95th birthday in Winnipeg, featuring the beloved "Jeannie's Cake," remains a cherished memory.
Known for her culinary prowess and legendary sweet tooth, Evelyn not only nourished her family but also contributed to the household income, overcoming challenges with resilience and grace. Special moments were shared at the yellow log cottage in Matlock Beach, her pride and joy, her happy place, where memories were made and treasured.
A heartfelt thank you to Tuxedo Villa for their compassionate care, ensuring Evelyn's comfort in her final days.
Rest in peace, dear Mom, carefree and pain-free. Your love will be cherished forever.

I have great memories of our families having lovely dinners together at your home when we were young and also the fun times that Aunty Ev's sense of humor always brought to our big family parties we enjoyed growing up.
