It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved mother, grandmother, and great grandmother, Maria Arruda, aged 76. May 14, 2024, is the day she departed us to reunite with her husband in heaven.
Leaving behind to cherish her memory are her children, Susie (Ricki), Paula, Pedro (Michelle), and Elizabeth; grandchildren, Sabrina (Terry), Ashley, Shawn (Kendall), Esabella, Samara, E.J. and Nikko; great-grandchildren, Avery, Michael, Harley, Llewellyn, Ethan, and Eva as well as numerous family and friends. Maria is also survived by her brother, Luis (Antonia).
She was predeceased by her brother John (Almerinda), and her grandson Michael Fuller.
Mom will always be remembered for her generous spirit and her love for her family and friends. Her love will forever be engraved in our hearts. Mom can now use her passion for planting flowers to tend to God's garden in Heaven. We love you mom and will always keep you close to our hearts.
Prayers 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 21; Funeral Service 12:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 22. Both services at Immaculate Conception Parish, 181 Austin Street North, interment at Assumption Cemetery.
