“The girl with an endless amount of energy and vivacity. One who can never be found out of sorts”. Such was the description of Mom found in her 1954 graduation yearbook from the Winnipeg General Hospital School of Nursing.
It is with deep sorrow that the family announces the passing of our Mother, Grandmother, and Great-Grandmother, Inez. She died in comfort after a short stay in the Dauphin Regional Hospital and the Grandview and District Hospital.
Inez will be fondly remembered and missed by: her three children: Kim (Roger) Bright of Winnipeg, Blaire (Marie-Anne) Cairns of Grandview, and Brenda Cairns of Gilbert Plains; her five grandchildren: Jeff McPherson (Charlene), Jillian (Dustin) Bright Isleifson, Michael (partner Nishell) Bright, Pierce (Amy) Cairns, Lance (Elana) Cairns; her 11 great-grandchildren: Emmeline and Everett, Anna, Aaron, Brenley and Jack, Atticus, Lexington, and Harrison, Savannah and Zaelyn; sisters-in-law, Pat Yuill and Louise Dupasquier and numerous nieces and nephews
She was predeceased by her husband of 49 years, Ross and his nine siblings and spouses, her parents, Harvey and Catherine “Katie” (Anderson) Yuill; her three brothers and spouses, Ross (Jean), Don, and Jack (Iris); nephews, Ken, Barry, Dale, and Tom and niece Lori.
