With shattered hearts, we share the unbearable loss of our beautiful boy, Ethan Akash Datta Huebert. Fiercely loved son, brother, grandson, and nephew. Ethan tragically left the world prematurely at the age of 17 years, as a result of an accident.
He leaves behind his mom Shabnam and dad Rob, twin brother Kishan, and older brother Ben, maternal grandparents, Gulshan “Nani” and Kanti “Nana Ji”, and paternal grandmother Sophie “Grandma”. He also leaves behind Neera Masi and Praveen Mamma (Cindy), Aunt Sandi, our dog Milo, many relatives and countless friends. He was predeceased by his paternal grandfather Ed.
Ethan personified joy, light, energy, passion, kindness, and immense love, all reflected in his ever-present and infectious smile. He was perfect and one-of-a-kind. Those of us who know him, cherish him and love him, will carry his light forward.
We thank our family and friends for their outpouring of much-needed love and support. We also extend our heartfelt thanks to Cobin, Sunny, Kael and Laura for being with Ethan.
A Memorial Service will be held at McInnis & Holloway (Chapel of the Bells, 2720 Centre Street N, Calgary, AB T2E 2V6) on Saturday, June 22, 2024, at 12:30 p.m. Family and friends who are unable to attend in person are invited to join Ethan’s service streamed live on the day of the service at www.MHFH.com. For those who are unable to view live, a recording of the service will be posted.
