On Thursday, October 4, 2024, Dad passed away peacefully at Carman hospital. He is survived by his daughters, Dori, Dini (Rob), Linda (John), granddaughter Madison (Ross).
He was predeceased by his wife Dorothy, both his parents, plus all of his siblings. He will be sadly missed by many nephews and nieces, cousins, and friends.
Dad was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather, son, and brother. He was a family man who loved his girls and granddaughter. We had many family road trips growing up, visiting with family, and later family reunions.
He belonged to the St. James horticultural society, and won many awards for his gardening, which he took pride in.
He was a dedicated worker as a radar technician, and had fond memories of his workmates at Air Canada, CAE, ITT, and Bristol Aerospace.
As his health started to decline, he moved to Boyne Lodge in Carman. Dad was very happy with the care he got there. Our deepest and sincere thanks to his Boyne Lodge family who cared for him. An extra special thank you to his best buddy Jan who took dad under his wing at the Lodge. We will be forever grateful.

Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life will be held in spring 2025.
