GEORGE CARLSON
Peacefully on November 2, 2024, our brother George Carlson passed away at the Fred Douglas Lodge at the age of 83 years.
George leaves behind his siblings, Sylvia (Doug) Hallett, Rosemary Close, Beverley Carlson, Evelyn Chaput, Debbie (Ken) Burky, Glenn (Judy) Carlson, Ricky (Lisa) Carlson and Alice Engel, along with numerous nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his parents, Alfred and Alma, siblings, Edward, Allen, Sheldon, Larry and Alfrey and most recently, his nephews, Sterling Burky and Chad Carlson.
A special thank you to the staff at Fred Douglas Lodge for the wonderful care given to George over the last five years.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Tuesday, November 12, 2024, at 1:00 p.m. at the Aboriginal Funeral Chapel, 724 Selkirk Avenue, Winnipeg.
