It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Annie (Anne) at 98. She passed peacefully on November 11, 2024, at the St. Boniface Hospital. Annie was born in Mossy River on April 11, 1926.
Annie was a loving wife to Meroslaw (Morris) and they shared 56 years of marriage before his passing on April 3, 2003. She was predeceased by her parents, Anton and Michelina Kotlarchuk; sisters, Mary Schmidt, Pauline Kindeus and Kay; brothers, Metro, Paul, Steve, Johnny and Frank; stepbrothers, Mike, Joe and Alex. She missed her nephew Bob (deceased), calling him her best friend.
She is survived by her brother Raymond (Martha) as well as nieces and nephews.
The family would like to express their heartfelt gratitude to the compassionate staff at Concordia Village, whose care and kindness provided Annie with comfort in her final years.
Julie would like to thank all the staff at Grace and St. Boniface Hospitals for their care of Annie and herself.
A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, November 20, at 1:00 p.m. at Bardal Funeral Home, 843 Sherbrook Street.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation in Annie’s memory.
You can rest in peace
with all your loved ones.
You will be missed.
