The family of Rita Elias is saddened to announce her sudden passing on March 10, 2025, in Winnipeg at the age of 74 years.
No formal service will be held.

Rita was a lovely lady. I worked for her at Agriculture Canada about 20 years ago. Rita was fair and a great administrator. She was fun. I can still see her at a fundraiser for united way. Rita, Brad Sedor, Mary Anne Shaw and me, Margaret Childs, belting out a song by the Mammas and Pappad, I got you babe, dressed in black with long hair. God bless her.
