It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of George Martin Kryschuk on Wednesday May 21, 2025 at St. Boniface Hospital at the age of 87. George passed away with his loving family by his side.
George was born on July 27, 1937 in Winnipeg to his parents Martin Kryschuk and Anna Tataryn. He was predeceased by his wife Christine Kryschuk and sister Mary Stanick. He will be cherished and deeply missed by his sons Brad (Leah) and Brent (Jodi); grandchildren Allison Bishop (Thomas), Noah (Haley Teichrib), Amy, Hanna; great grandson Elliot (son of Allison and Thomas); brothers-in-law Gerald Stanick and Jerry Lawrence (Grace). George will also be fondly remembered by his nieces, nephews, extended family, and many close friends.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, May 29, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main Street, Winnipeg, Manitoba.
