MARY DUBRACK
With sadness, we announce the passing of Mary Dubrack on July 29, 2025, four days after her 87th birthday. Mary defied all odds on her seven-year journey with cancer and other medical issues and is now at peace.
Mary was the last one of her generation and is survived by her nieces and nephews: Raymond Parry (Cara Lee), children, Dana and Justin (Jennifer) and their families; Donna Parry (Harold Dick); Heather Parry: Vaughn Karpan (Marjorie), children, Nicholas and William; Cynthia Karpan; Stephanie Karpan (Russ Paddock), children, Milana (Lyric) and Max; Tim Karpan (Candiena deceased), children, Blake and Hannah. She will also be remembered by her many cousins and friends.
In keeping with Mary's wishes, cremation has taken place and a private family service was held.
The family would like to thank the staff at CancerCare, Health Sciences Centre and Riverview for their care. A very special thank you to everyone at Grace Hospice for all their kindness, compassion and care during Mary's 15 month stay.
For those who wish, donations in Mary's honour can be made to Grace Hospice through the Grace Hospital Foundation and are greatly appreciated.

I met Mary through my work as I was providing a service for her. She ended up being from the area I was born, and knowing my parents and my dad very well! She had wonderful stories to tell and she had a heart that was so big and so kind and so gracious! I will never forget her. She made a lasting impression. I was so happy to be able to have met her!
