Sincere condolences to Carol, Wally & Pat, Gregory, his grandchildren and extended family and friends. We were so sorry to hear of Frenchie's passing. I remember us meeting him when our son and Gregory played ball together as kids. He helped coach and the kids really liked him. He was a straight shooter, a hard worker and always a hint of humor thrown in. His priority was always Carol and the boys. Family was everything to him. Over the yrs everytime we ran into him and Carol it was so nice to chat and catch up on life and our kids. For many of those yrs he was still working at something to keep busy. He was a hardworking man and a pleasure to have known. RIP Frenchie! - Posted by: Jack & Diane Rainka (Knew for many yrs) on: Aug 23, 2025

Oh Frenchie, you were an awesome co-worker, eventually turned employee and always friend. Countless talks of Carol, your kids and then your grandkids will always be cherished. I remember how excited you were to show me every grandbaby that was welcomed into the clan. You were one of the hardest working people I’ve ever known, next to your bestie Gill whom I hope you are having a riot of a time with now you are back together. I mirror Char’s comments above that you will be remembered fondly by my family, four of which had the pleasure of working side by side with. Rest easy my friend. Carol and Family, I was saddened to hear of Frenchie’s passing 💔 Please accept my heartfelt condolences on your significant loss of Frenchie. Way back in 1998 I began a new job at MPI on Plessis Road, I was introduced to a security guard his name was Frenchie. I fondly remember being told if I needed assistance with issues in our compound Frenchie was the go to, and for 25 years he was that go to! No matter the request special or otherwise Frenchie was front and center, got the job done and in record time. He and I formed a great friendship, one that I will forever cherish, our many conversations were spent talking about family and what plans were on the horizon, he loved you all deeply and was so proud of his family and their accomplishments. I always admired Frenchie, working a full time job and keeping busy by working part time doing other things, towing, clearing snow and securing and keeping our compound safe. His commitment to MPI and the staff over 25 years are fondly remembered by the many people he’s worked with during this time, I’m am just one of them. Frenchie, it’s impossible to sum up how grateful I am for our friendship, even though I’d not had the time over the last while to reach out to just say hello, I thought about and speak of you often, and when those of us who had the pleasure of working with you all these years there is one thing that is 10000000% accurate. You were and always will be the keeper of the cars and keys, your exceptional customer care can never be duplicated, your footprints firmly imbedded in the concrete. In every sense of the word “you were one of a kind”. I raise my glass and say, Here’s to you and all your years of keeping your hands busy. I hope you met up with Gil and are having a BBQ a couple of cocktails 🍹 catching up and resting those hands. Peace to you Frenchie. Love and Eternal Friendship your Forever Friend Char XOXO ✨💜💫☀️🌸 - Posted by: Char (Friend and Co-Worker) on: Aug 23, 2025
