FRANCESCA CONICELLA
It is with deep sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Francesca Conicella, with her family by her side, on September 13, 2025, aged 83 years.
She will be lovingly remembered by her husband Giuseppe, her four children: Nick (Enza), Tony, John (Karen) and Anna (Greg), her four grandchildren: Alessandra (Vinay), Domonique (Vanessa), Julianna (Brendan), Bruno (Leona), and her two great-grandchildren: Isla and Freya. She will also be remembered by family in Italy and France, including her brother Gabriele (Stella) and her sister-in-law Dina and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Francesca was predeceased by her parents: Antonio Angelucci and Maria Nicola Ficca, her brothers: Giuseppe Angelucci and Giuseppe DiPaolo and her sisters: Suor Gina and Suor Lia DiPaolo, all from Italy.
Funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, September 24, 2025, at Thomson “In the Park” Funeral Home at 1291 McGillivray Blvd. Condolences and reception will follow the service. A private family interment will follow the reception.
Donations may be made to CancerCare Manitoba or Manitoba Heart & Stroke Foundation, in Francesca’s memory.
