Oh! Gosh!! SO sorry!! Mr. Koensgen, Neill's Dad, had taught some of my siblings, so when Neill and I introduced ourselves at The Real Estate Course in 1984, it was a natural 'ice breaker'. I always liked Neill with his easy going manner, sense of humour and extraordinarily kind heart. You are going to be Greatly Missed Neill!! - Posted by: Marg Trollope (Friend) on: Nov 06, 2025

I had the pleasure of knowing Neil through my close friend Jackie. He was a wonderful man and father, kind, wise, elegant, such a loving father to his family and kids Jackie and Jeff. My grandma Mabes worked with Neil in real estate and always said there were few in the business as well liked and respected as Neil. It is such a loss. He was taken from us too soon, my heart goes out to Brenda, Jackie, Jeff and everyone who was close to and loved by Neil. His legacy carries on in you ❤️ - Posted by: Cassidy Matchim (Friend of Neil’s daughter) on: Nov 05, 2025
