Condolences & Memories (2 entries)

  • Condolences to you, aunty Dianne and the whole family on the passing of Dick. May the memories you’ll created live on in your hearts. Sending our love and prayers from Australia Michael and Joanne LaBrooy - Posted by: Joanne (Family friend) on: Nov 05, 2025

  • When I started work with Manitoba Hydro, Dirk was the first technician to ask me if I was interested in volunteering with Habitat for Humanity. He explained how the houses were built for the working poor and the skills i would develop there. He sold me on the idea as I volunteered for over 10+ years. Dirk always has a wry sense of humour and was very dedicated to teaching his craft as a technician to the apprentices at Manitoba Hydro. My condolences to Dirk's family and to those who knew him. He was a good man. - Posted by: Claude Berard (former co-worker) on: Nov 01, 2025
