Condolences & Memories (3 entries)

  • It was with sadness that I read of Margot’s passing. I first met Margot at St. Boniface Hospital when I was a new grad nurse. She was an excellent nurse who shared her expertise and knowledge freely. I learned a lot from her. We became neighbours and friends and our husband’s played baseball together. One memory of Margot that still plays vividly in my mind is when I was in labour with our third child and our husbands were playing ball. Margot came and checked on me twice during the game and the second time said “I’m going to tell Barry he has to come home NOW! I will forever be grateful to her for advocating for me over baseball! Barry and I send our sincere condolences to Margot’s family. - Posted by: Eleanore Verplaetse (Friend) on: Nov 11, 2025
