Joe was an old school Morality detective back in the 70’s when I did my first long stint there on the Drug Squad. He was hilarious, tough, had street smarts and everyone really liked him. Rest easy, old friend. - Posted by: Jack Tinsley (Co-worker WPS Vice Division) on: Nov 29, 2025
