Lillian Iris Peterson of Winnipeg, Manitoba, passed away peacefully on November 15, 2025, at Concordia Hospital.
Iris was born May 29, 1940, to Mary and William Kucy.
Iris spent many years working for Michelin Tire Canada in Vancouver, BC.
Upon retiring, Iris returned to Winnipeg to be closer to family.
Iris was predeceased by her sisters Elsie, Lizzie, and Lovey-she is survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and grandnieces/nephews.
Iris was a colourful character; she had a great flair for fashion, decorating, and generally enjoying life to the fullest-she will be fondly remembered by all who had the pleasure of knowing and meeting her.
The family would like to thank Concordia Hospital, 3rd floor staff, for their compassionate care.
