It is with sadness that I received the notice about the passing of cousin, Violet. The Brown family was such a wonderful part of our wider family connections and Violet was a major part of that. Every summer, we in BC looked forward to the arrival of the Brown family visit, and then the many activities we shared. Violet and Robert were my age and I will always cherish these memories of her. The loss of such a significant person, John, is difficult to imagine. Let the grief roll through you, John, and eventually turn only to fond memories. Courage on the new path. Remember, God is in charge here too. - Posted by: Peter Michael Wiebe (first cousin, thru her father and my mother) on: Jan 10, 2026

Violet and John built a beautiful home 2 miles south of our place in the 70’s. Did not know Violet well, but enough to see what a classy, quiet lady she was. Condolences to her husband John and to her children. May all the wonderful memories of her see you through this sad period of your lives. Sincere condolences from Kathy and Bill Fecio. - Posted by: Kathy & Bill Fecio (Neighbours on Poplar Road) on: Jan 03, 2026
