On Thursday, January 2nd in his 91st year, after a brief illness, Jack (John) Baturin, went home to be with his Lord and Saviour. Jack will be remembered for his faith, integrity, kindness, and his contagious laughter. Jack was predeceased by his wife Barbara (ne Morris) and brother Robert (Bob) Baturin. He will be dearly missed by his daughter Dawne, son David (Kimberley), grandchildren, McKinley, Jesse, James, Krysten (Matthew) and Emily (Cameron), and seven great-grandchildren as well as his extended family and many friends.
Jack will be remembered by friends and family at a Celebration of Life at the Winnipeg Evangelical Free Church in February, tribute link for date to be announced.

My wife and I share your sadness. We spent many years together coaching poolside and, at times, enjoying his company over steak dinners. A great conversation would always lead to Christian fellowship. He will long be respected and remembered by those whom he coached and fellow colleagues.
