Linda Matille Moraldo passed away on January 12, 2026, at the age of 78, at Grace Hospice in Winnipeg, Manitoba, surrounded by her loving family, after a courageous battle with cancer. She will be deeply missed by her family and friends around the world, including those in Canada, the United States, and her homeland of Trinidad and Tobago.
Linda was predeceased by her father, Evans Moraldo; her mother, Octavia Brewster; her siblings, James Fleary and Elaine Samuel; and her niece, Andrea Moraldo.
Her legacy lives on through her siblings, Joseph Moraldo, Linton Moraldo, Ramon Moraldo, Gloria Moraldo, and Joan Moraldo, as well as her many nieces and nephews and friends each of whom held a special place in her heart.
We thank everyone for their support and prayers over the last few months.
A Celebration of Life will be held for Linda on Sunday February 1, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. at the Silver Heights Seventh Day Adventist Church, 2140 Ness Avenue, Winnipeg, MB R3J 2T4.
