It is with deep sadness that the family of Bill Sandell announces his passing on Tuesday, January 27, 2026. Formerly of Winnipeg, Manitoba, Bill resided in Placentia, Newfoundland, and was 79 years of age.
A Celebration of Life will be held at his home in Placentia, Newfoundland, with a Winnipeg celebration to follow.
