PATRICK W. GUY
It is with a broken heart that I announce the passing of my beloved partner of 40 years, Patrick, on January 29, after a lengthy illness.
He was my everything, my soulmate, my travelling companion, my chef, and a strong, kind and loving man with a big heart and a great sense of humour.
He is survived by his loving life partner, Marlene Gerus and her family. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him.
Cremation has taken place, and as per his wishes, no formal service will be held.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of your choice.

So sad to hear of Pat’s passing. He was my co worker and friend. I drove many miles with Pat running to Thunder Bay for years. We talked on the cb for hours every trip. Pat had a crazy witty sense of humour.lol.. When I first knew him I thought he was a cranky old man but quickly grew to like him…will always remember the “look”….coops all locked up…hammer down driver - Posted by: Rod lovell (Friend) on: Mar 06, 2026

It has been my privilege and pleasure to have known Pat since he and Marlene first started going out together. He was one of the kindest, gentlest, most humorous people I have ever known. He was always there for other people, especially family. My memories of him are cherished. Getting together with him was always one of the highlights of my day and those times will not be forgotten. I am going to miss him more than I could ever say. - Posted by: Bob Laventure (Brother-in-law) on: Feb 07, 2026
