It is with heavy hearts that the parents of Samantha Zimmerman announce the sudden passing of their beloved daughter on January 27, 2026 in Winnipeg Beach MB.
Samantha was born on December 4, 1999 in Winnipeg MB and is survived by Father Blake (Peggie), Mother Christine, sister Ryleigh and step siblings Tara and Michael along with many family and friends.
Samantha’s career choice was to work with troubled youth from Winnipeg. She strived to help those in their time of need. She never failed to light up a room or put a smile on someone’s face. Samantha had a huge heart and shared it with everyone that knew her. She was beautiful inside and out. Samantha will be deeply missed by all that knew and loved her.
The Zimmerman family wants to acknowledge that another young life was lost in this tragedy. We want to express their deepest sympathy for their loss. Our thoughts and prayers are with them.
Celebration of life will be announced at a later date.

Dear Christine & family …. There are no words to express the sorrow in my heart for you and all who loved Sam. She would absolutely light up when she spoke of her family, her partner in life Tyler, and her beloved pets. Sam also spoke with such pride of those she was helping each and every day.
