It is with deep sadness that we announce the death of Robert (Bob) Wayne Timlick. Bob passed away at the age of 84 years on the 4th of February at the Grace Hospital in Winnipeg, MB.
Mom and Dad recently celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary, a very proud moment for both. Nothing was more important to Dad than family. He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother and son. Dad never missed a chance to boast about Mom, or talk about his three children and seven grandchildren. He drove us to countless sports events, cheered academic achievements and never stopped telling us how much he loved us.
After three decades at CN, Dad and Mom enjoyed many years of travel, Friday night dances and their grandchildren's sports events. Dad was also an award winning bridge player and volunteer for Big Brothers and the Christmas Cheer Board.
Bob is predeceased by his parents, George and Helen; brothers, Ron and Bernie and sister Gayle. He leaves behind his beloved wife Marion; brother Brian; sister Linda (Dave); children, Dave (Shannon), Doug (Raeleen) and Shelley (Chris) and grandchildren, Ally (Matt), Tori, Jayden, Camilla (fiance Nick), Nick, Connor and Kieran.
The family will be planning a private celebration of Dad's life in the near future.

Grew up with Wayne on Greenwood Place in the 1940’s. Lost touch but reconnected at the Centennial Pool exercising with his wife. Had lots of laughs over this time. Always our visits with the two of them. - Posted by: Frank Little (Friend) on: Feb 14, 2026
